Introduction:
By completing the registration process at Peony Store, or by finalizing any purchase order, you acknowledge and agree to all the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy stated below. These terms govern your relationship with the store and are binding upon you.
Firstly: Regarding Handmade Products
* Minor Variations: Given that a significant portion of our work is done by hand, customers may notice slight variations between the actual product and the images displayed in the store. This natural deviation is part of the charm of handcrafted items.
* Product Care: Customers must adhere to the specific washing and care instructions provided with each applicable product. The store is not responsible for any damage resulting from improper product care.
* Custom Orders: When requesting a custom design, please consider the current volume of orders and the specified time required for completion.
Secondly: Orders and Shipping
* No Cancellation or Modification: Once the order status changes to "In Preparation," "Ready for Shipment," or "In Delivery," the order cannot be canceled or modified under any circumstances. This is because products are custom-made by hand for each order based on the customer"s selection.
* Order Fulfillment Time: The order fulfillment time before product shipment ranges from 3 to 10 business days, depending on the current order volume. We appreciate your understanding.
* Shipping and Tracking Responsibility: After the shipment is handed over to the shipping company, a tracking number will be sent to the customer. The store is not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping company.
Thirdly: Responsibilities and Policies
* Customs and International Fees: Shipping to GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council) countries does not include customs duties or clearance fees. The store is not responsible for any customs fees or taxes imposed by the customer"s receiving country.
* Exchange and Return Policy: Please carefully review the store"s "Exchange and Return Policy" page before completing your purchase. This policy is an integral part of the store"s Terms and Conditions.
* Account and Privacy: By completing the registration process in our store, you acknowledge and agree to all clauses of our Privacy Policy.
